Silent Hill is full of goodies just littering the street. Below is a summary of what these items are, where you can find them and what is it you’re supposed to do with them.

	125W Bulb Location: Artaud Theater (Lighting Box) Inventory Description: "A bulb for a spotlight, rated 125W." Purpose: Use it on the stage spotlights found on the catwalk of Artaud Theatre to activate the stage lighting.
	250W Bulb Location: Artaud Theater (Lighting Box) Inventory Description: "A bulb for a spotlight, rated 250W." Purpose: Use it on the stage spotlights found on the catwalk of Artaud Theatre to activate the stage lighting.
	500W Bulb Location: Artaud Theater (Lighting Box) Inventory Description: "A bulb for a spotlight, rated 500W." Purpose: Use it on the stage spotlights found on the catwalk of Artaud Theatre to activate the stage lighting.
	750W Bulb Location: Artaud Theater (Lighting Box) Inventory Description: "A bulb for a spotlight, rated 750W." Purpose: Use it on the stage spotlights found on the catwalk of Artaud Theatre to activate the stage lighting.
	Control Lever Location: Artaud Theater (Stage Office) Inventory Description: "A thin, metal lever. One end is threaded to be screwed into a socket." Purpose: Use it on the prop control panel located on the stage of Artaud Theater to gain access to the Cave Area (Otherworld).
	Falsehood Piece Location: Artaud Theater (Otherworld Cave Stage) Inventory Description: "A tetrahedron with the word "falsehood" engraved on its side. Feels heavier than it looks." Purpose: Use it to re-form the Flauros.
	Flashlight Location: Inventory Inventory Description: "With my job, I spend a lot of time on the road at night. When something goes wrong, it's good to have this thing strapped to my jacket." Purpose: Use it to increase visibility in dark areas.
	Future Piece Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Doctor's Office) Inventory Description: "A tetrahedron with the word "future" engraved on its side. Feels heavier than it looks." Purpose: Use it to re-form the Flauros.
	Glass Eyes Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Exam Room) Inventory Description: "A pair of glass eyes taken from the anatomy model in the Exam Room." Purpose: Use them to unlock the door of the Lobby (Otherworld) in Alchemilla Hospital.
	Golden Egg Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Room 202 (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "Warm to the touch, this egg is larger than a hen's and has an oily shine to it." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Women's Restroom (Otherworld) in Alchemilla Hospital.
	Jeweled Heart Location: Riverside Motel (Swimming Pool) Inventory Description: "When I shake it, I can hear something rattling around inside." Purpose: Use it on the vise in the Maintenance Room at Riverside Motel to acquire the Wedding Ring.
	Jocasta Artifact Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (Doctor's Office) Inventory Description: "This symbol is made of metal and has the word "Jocasta" etched into its base." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Female Seclusion area in Cedar Grove Sanitarium.
	Lucky Quarter Location: Inventory Inventory Description: "I've had this quarter since I was a kid, from when my parents died. It's kind of a lucky charm. It has something scratched into it... looks like "61."" Purpose: Examine it to discover the year for the calendar in the reception of the Riverside Motel.
	Moon Totem Location: Artaud Theater (East Corridor). Inventory Description: "A square stone totem with a moon symbol painted on it." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the third floor staircase in Artaud Theatre.
	Night Vision Goggles Location: Inventory (after achieving the 'Stalker' accolade). Inventory Description: "These goggles are perfect for sneaking up on things in the dark." Purpose: Use it to increase visibility in dark areas without alerting your presence to monsters.
	Ornamental Dagger Location: Riverside Motel (Diner (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "Looks like an ornament, but its blade cuts like the real thing." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Nero Room (Otherworld) in Riverside Motel.
	Past Piece Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (Female Patient Room #5 (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "A tetrahedron with the word "past" engraved on its side. Feels heavier than it looks." Purpose: Use it to re-form the Flauros.
	Plastic Heart Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Room 204 (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "This plastic organ is a replica of a human heart." Purpose: Use it on the anatomy doll in the Exam Room of Alchemilla Hospital.
	Plastic Intestine Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Exam Room) Inventory Description: "This plastic organ is a replica of a human intestine." Purpose: Use it on the anatomy doll in the Exam Room of Alchemilla Hospital.
	Plastic Liver Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Women's Restroom) Inventory Description: "This plastic organ is a replica of a human liver." Purpose: Use it on the anatomy doll in the Exam Room of Alchemilla Hospital.
	Plastic Lungs Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Room 205 (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "This plastic organ is a replica of a set of human lungs." Purpose: Use them on the anatomy doll in the Exam Room of Alchemilla Hospital.

	Present Piece Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Basement Floor) Inventory Description: N/A Purpose: Use it to re-form the Flauros.
	Radio Location: Inventory Inventory Description: "Handy when I'm unloading my rig. Tunes tend to keep the boredom at bay." Purpose: Use it to detect the presence of monsters.
	Sun Totem Location: Artaud Theater (Director's Office) Inventory Description: "A square stone totem with a moon symbol painted on it." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the third floor staircase in Artaud Theatre.
	Theater Ticket Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (Lobby) Inventory Description: "A faded yellow theater ticket. Admits one to "The Tempest."" Purpose: Use it at the ticket booth of Artaud Theatre to gain access to the building.
	Token Location: Riverside Motel Inventory Description: "A small metal token for use in a laundromat." Purpose: Use it on the laundromat in the Laundry room of Riverside Motel to access the wash controls.
	Truth Piece Location: Riverside Motel (Game Room) Inventory Description: "A tetrahedron with the word "truth" engraved on its side. Feels heavier than it looks." Purpose: Use it to re-form the Flauros.
	Wedding Ring Location: Riverside Motel (inside the Jeweled Heart) Inventory Description: "The wedding ring has a message engraved on its band. It reads: "To my June bride. Love Forever, Richard."" Purpose: Examine it to discover the month for the calendar in the reception of Riverside Motel, then use it after completing the calendar puzzle to acquire the Room 500 Key.

	Balcony Key Location: Artaud Theater (Director's Office (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "An ornate iron key." Purpose: Use it on the door to the Balcony Corridor in Artaud Theater.
	Basement Key Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (TB Ward) Inventory Description: "A scuffed iron key. Covered in dirt. Says "Basement Access" on the tag. Purpose: Use it to gain access to the Basement Floor of Cedar Grove Sanitarium.
	Belongings Key Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (Female Dorm #5) Inventory Description: "A light, rusty key. The tag says "Patient Belongings Room."" Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Patient Belongings room in Cedar Grove Sanitarium.
	Bookstore Key Location: Andy's Books Inventory Description: "A well used, simple key for a mortise lock." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of  the back exit of Andy's Books in Central Silent Hill.
	Cleopatra Key Location: Riverside Motel (Laundry) Inventory Description: "It has a cute, snake-pattern keychain." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Cleopatra Room in Riverside Motel.
	Dr. Harris' Key Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (Infirmary (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "A key with "Dr. Harris" written on its tag." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Doctor's Office in Cedar Grove Sanitarium.
	Exam Room Key Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Staff Lounge) Inventory Description: "A small, well used key." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Exam Room key in Alchemilla Hospital.
	Lumber Yard Key Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (in the trunk of the car outside the building) Inventory Description: "A heavy iron key. The label reads "Lumber Yard." Purpose: Use this key to unlock the gate of the Lumber Yard in Central Silent Hill.
	Motel Key Location: Artaud Theater (held by a corpse in the Lobby) Inventory Description: "Looks like a door key. Has a keychain advertising the "Riverside Motel."" Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the reception in the Riverside Motel.
	Office Key Location: Riverside Motel (Maintenance Corridor) Inventory Description: "A scuffed metal key." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Manager's Office in Riverside Motel.
	Room 306 Key Location: Riverside Motel (Reception) Inventory Description: "A simple, grubby motel key." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of Room 306 in Riverside Motel.
	Room 500 Key Location: Riverside Motel (Reception) Inventory Description: "A simple motel key. When I hold it in my hand, the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of Room 500 in Riverside Motel.
	Room 502 Key Location: Central Silent Hill (Post Office staircase) (after achieving the 'Savior' accolade) Inventory Description: "It looks like an ordinary motel key but there's something... otherworldly about this thing. It smells of ozone." Purpose: Use it on Room 502 of the Riverside Motel to achieve the UFO ending.
	Staff Lounge Key Location: Alchemilla Hospital (Women's Restroom: First Floor) Inventory Description: "A small door key." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Staff Lounge room in Alchemilla Hospital.
	Stage Office Key Location: Artaud Theater (Forest Area (Otherworld)) Inventory Description: "A small metal key." Purpose: Use it to unlock the door of the Stage Office in Artaud Theater.

	Ampoule Location: Cedar Grove Sanitarium (East Basement Storage Room (Otherworld))/ Artaud Theater (Costume Storage Corridor: Third Floor) / Artaud Theater (Library Area (Otherworld)) / General Store / Alchemilla Hospital (Basement Floor) / Central Silent Hill (Otherworld) (Koontz Street) Inventory Description: "The powerful narcotic in these ampoules can ease the pain of any injury. They pack a kick, too." Purpose: Use it to fully recover from any injuries.
	Assault Rifle Ammo Location: Various areas. Inventory Description: "A 18-round clip for an Assault Rifle, loaded with 7.62mm bullets." Purpose: Use it to reload the Assault Rifle.
	Energy Drink Location: Various areas. Inventory Description: "A caffeinated drink with a kick. I sometimes drink these on long drives, keeps me awake." Purpose: Use it when Travis begins to tire to recover stamina.
	First Aid Kit Location: Various areas. Inventory Description: "Filled with bandages, sutures, and other medical supplies, this can treat serious injuries." Purpose: Use it to moderately recover from any injuries.
	Health Drink Location: Various areas. Inventory Description: "With a mixture of herbs and vitamins, this drink is perfect for combating aches and pains." Purpose: Use it to slightly recover from any injuries.
	Redeemer Ammo Location: Various areas. Inventory Description: "Bullets for a .44 hand cannon." Purpose: Use it to reload the Redeemer.
	Rifle Ammo Location: Various areas. Inventory Description: ".38 caliber bullets, designed for use in a hunting rifle." Purpose: Use it to reload the Hunting Rifle.
	Service Pistol Ammo Location: Various areas Inventory Description: "9mm bullets for a medium caliber pistol." Purpose: Use it to reload the Service Pistol.
