Area: On the mirror after Heather flees from Douglas into the washroom.
Savepoint #2:
Location: Central Square Shopping Centre (Storeroom, 2F)
Area: On the shelves to the left of the room.
Savepoint #3:
Location: Otherworld Central Square Shopping Centre, (Infirmary, 1F)
Area: On the bed.
Savepoint #4:
Location: Otherworld Central Square Shopping Centre (Corridor, 2F)
Area: In the windows of the electronics store where you see the flickering images on the snowy television, on another TV further down the hallway.
Savepoint #5:
Location: Otherworld Central Square Shopping Center (Torture Room, 2F)
Area: In the torture room with the vise, on the wall.
Savepoint #6:
Location: Central Square Shopping Center (Happy Burger, 1F)
Area: Following the boss fight, you can enter Happy Burger where Heather was sleeping in the opening sequence. There’s a save point on the desk to the right of the door.
Savepoint #7:
Location: Hazel Street Subway Station
Area: On the southwest stairs on the second-highest floor of the station, in the hallway.
Savepoint #8:
Location: Subway Car
Area: Once you get on the Bergen Street subway car and it starts moving, it will be on the floor in the first car when you regain control of Heather.
Savepoint #9:
Location: Unknown Subway Station
Area: Once the train comes to a halt, the save point is on the wall across from the door you exit from.
Savepoint #10:
Location: Undergound Passage
Area: In the room where you acquire the kerosene, it’s glowing on the wall.
Savepoint #11:
Location: Sewer (Security Room)
Area: Just before the area with the monster in the water, on the floor to the left of the door.
Savepoint #12:
Location: Outside Construction Site
Area: On the top of a drum near the entrance into the building.
Savepoint #13:
Location: Hilltop Centre (Monica’s Dance Studio Office)
Area: In the office in the Dance Studio where you acquire the map, on the wall.
Savepoint #14:
Location: Hilltop Centre (2nd Floor Hall)
Area: On a vending machine near the elevator.
Savepoint #15:
Location: Otherworld Hilltop Centre (Green Ridge Mental Health Clinic)
Area: Painted on what looks to be some kind of skin or hide tacked to the wall.
Savepoint #16:
Location: Otherworld Hilltop Centre (Gallery of Fine Arts)
Area: One of the paintings has been replaced in the Otherworld by a savepoint.

Location: Daily Villa Apartments
Area: Near the front door of the apartment building and across from the mailboxes.

Area: On a sheet of paper next to the television.
