Attack Method: Zombified-looking canines with long tongues used to drain life from their victims. Come in both male (yellow-green) and female (pinkish), with the females being more aggressive. They leap at Henry as he walks by.

Best Tactics: They can easily be beaten with any kind of melee weapon or firearm, and you can even sneak by if you’re careful enough.

Attack Method: Appears as an upside-down torso that walks on its hands. Looks very similar to the Twin Victim.

Best Tactics: Slightly stronger than the twin victim; use similar tactics (a powerful melee or firearm) or push past them.

Attack Method: None

Best Tactics: A benign enemy, this huge creature stretches like an umbilical cord throughout many levels. It pulsates and may be attacked, but not killed.

 

Gumhead

Location: Building World

Attack Method: Decayed, ape-looking monsters that come in two versions – “Old Type” and “New Type”, with the latter seeming more aggressive. They often pick up melee weapons and use them against the play

Best Tactics: Be aware of the fact that they are often carrying weapons and have the same range as Henry. Try attacking and then backing off, or strafing strategically.

 

Hummer

Location: Forest World / Building World

Attack Method: Small, bat-like creatures that attack with a long needle-like beak. They usually come in packs.

Best Tactics: They’re fairly weak, so a shot with any melee is usually enough to subdue them. Bug Spray is also effective.

 

Toadstool

Toadstool / Whitestool

Location: Water Prison

Attack Method: Groups of either rust-colored or whitish fungi that wave erratically but do not attack.

Best Tactics: The only way damage can be taken is if the player walks into them. Toadstools are slightly more damaging and can grow from spots where a monster was previously killed.

 

Tremor

Location: Various

Attack Method: Leechlike monsters that usually come in hordes of many sizes

Best Tactics: They do no damage unless they fall upon the player from above and are easily killed.

 

Wallman

Location: Subway World / Outside Room 302

Attack Method: Humanoid creatures that extend from the wall at waist-length and attack with their hands.

Best Tactics: Stand directly to the side and attack out of their range with a melee or firearm.

 

Wheelchair

Wheelchair

Location: Hospital

Attack Method: Ordinary wheelchairs possessed by ghosts, they move on their own, often in a linear and repetative fashion. Shadows of a sitting figure can be seen in them.

Best Tactics: Run. Henry suffers headaches when around them and they cannot be killed.

 

Patient

Patient

Location: Hospital / Outside Room 302l

Attack Method: Very tall, feminine monsters that wield close-range weapons.

Best Tactics: Use charged attacks or simply run.
