There are no conventional save points in this game.  As you’d expect with an Arcade game, when the player dies, that’s it – Game Over.

Not enough time or cash left? No problem. By using the e-Amusement Pass, players can skip stages they’ve already played, and well as gaining entry into the rank table upon game completion. These top ranks were added to the Silent Hill: The Arcade website in June 2008.
