How to get this ending:
Step One: Complete Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and choose to save immediately after viewing the entire ending. On the title screen select your previous save and start a new game.
Step Two: Once you have access to Harry’s phone you will need to call the United Fruitcake Outlet to begin the UFO hunting quest!
The person on the other end will immediately hang up but don’t fear he’ll send you a text message immediately after wards with your instructions:

Where: Check the billboard above Theresa’s and on the side of Good ol’ Days
Text Received: We can’t talk yet. But you want in. They’ve hidden 13 of their craft all around town. If you get me the photographic evidence I need, we can meet face to face…
Step Three: Now we just need to find all 13 hidden UFOs around Silent Hill and take a picture of each with Harry’s camera phone. Doesn’t sound too hard, does it? To make things a bit easier I’ve compiled a list and screenshots of their locations so you can find each one. Happy hunting!
UFO #1 Alley
Where: A small UFO behind Theresa’s or Clear Picture underneath the street lamp in the corner.

UFO #2 Boat House
Where: A small ufo in the hole in the ceiling in the front room of the boathouse near Orion Lodge.

UFO #3 Orion Hunting Lodge
Where: A small ufo on the back porch of Orion Hunting Lodge sitting on top of a barrel.

Where: A large ufo sitting the football goal posts on the Midwich High School field

UFO #5 Cat House / Honey Trap Roof
Where: A large ufo sitting on the roof to the building near the brothel.

UFO #6 Midwich High Courtyard
Where: A small UFO hovering over the statue of John Wyndham in the middle of the courtyard.

UFO #7 Outside Midwich High School Gymnasium
Where: A small UFO hovering in some tree branches outside the Gymnasium to the left.

UFO #8 Toluca Mall Parking Garage
Where: A large UFO sits by the parking garage below the Mall entrance (when you receive a call from Lisa).

Where: A small UFO sits on a shelf in the Family Pet by the fish tanks.

UFO #10 Green Lion Pawn Shop
Where: A small UFO sits on the shelf the the left of the entrance in the Green Lion Pawn Shop.

Where: Before exiting the sewers into the Lakeside area look in the bars to the right of the ladder.

UFO #12 Boat DocksWhere: a small UFO is at the end of the left most boat dock hovering above the street lamp.

UFO #13 Off the shore by the Lighthouse
Where: A large UFO sits in the shore on by the Lighthouse. After Cybil drags you out of the water turn to the left and follow the shore away from the lighthouse until you reach a dead end. You should see a large UFO in the water.
