Yes, unfortunately the rumours are true.

We’re still awaiting official confirmation from Konami, but it’s pretty certain that Shattered Memories won’t be making an appearance in October or November … and according to some, if you’re in Europe there’s a good chance you won’t see it in 2009 at all. :(
