My favorite character? Harry Mason. You can never go wrong with the original.

I’m going to have to say James. I know, SH2 – but he’s an extremely flawed man that we sympathize with throughout the game. Great character.
My favourite character? That’s always a touch choice. Going out of the box, I’m going to go with Vincent from SH3. He’s shifty, trying to help, but you’re never entirely sure. I love all the subtleties they added in to make his character seem confusing whether you can trust him or not.
I’d have to pick Dr. Michael Kaufmann. He’s an interesting character throughout all the Silent Hill games he appears in, though I particularly enjoyed him in Shattered Memories. As a whole, I can’t say I was fond of the game, but something about the conversations with Kaufmann was unsettling.
Side Note: Does Mira count?
I would have to say Harry. As much as I love so many of the other characters, nothing can overpower the nostalgia of him being the character I first played way back when I was little. My mom, big brother and I would spend our entire weekends inside figuring out the puzzles together. Nothing beats those memories.
My favorite Silent Hill character would have to be Murphy Pendleton. I personally felt he was the most intelligent of the current protagonists. I really enjoy him as a character and Downpour.

As for my favourite character, that’s a hard decision. I could choose from a few really, but I think I’ll go with Henry Townshend. Partly it’s because he’s in one of my favourite games in the series, but maybe it’s also because I can identify with him too. He’s derided by many within the fanbase, but as a similarly taciturn man I guess can identify with him.
Favourite character would have to be Mira! So intelligent, good sense of humour and I’ve often felt like my whole life could be orchestrated by a dog with a headset sitting at a computer. Not to mention her impeccable music taste as well…

I’ve already been following you for a while on twitter and online. I’ve yet to find a video game horror that lives up to Silent Hill. Still my favourite….although I think Silent Hill 2 was my favourite.

My favourite character is Lisa Garland because to me she is the most human and relatable out of the characters. She tried to be a good person but became another victim of the cult because of her compassion.
The new site is pretty cool. As for characters – Angela is my favourite. She had a hard life ;_;7
